What “verified” means, and when it's required. A verified phone is required on every unlock, whatever the price — sellers only hear from people we can actually reach. A government-ID check is optional for buyers and doesn't change what you pay, but it's required to unlock anything $150K and above: nobody wants an anonymous stranger asking to come and see a car worth that much. Sellers must ID-verify to publish anything $50K and above. Both checks are free.
If the seller never replies, ask for a refund. Your first request is approved instantly, straight from your account — no email, no waiting on us.
