SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Whipbroker text-message notification program operated by Whipbroker LLC (“Whipbroker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Whipbroker sends transactional SMS notifications to registered users who opt in. Messages relate to your own activity on the platform — for example, when a buyer unlocks your contact information, when you receive a new message, response reminders, listing-status changes, and matches to your Wanted ads. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number when you create a listing or a Wanted ad on whipbroker.com. The consent box is not pre-checked, and providing consent is never a condition of purchasing anything or of using the Service.
3. Message frequency
This is a recurring-messages program. Frequency varies based on your activity — typically 1–5 messages per month per listing or Wanted ad.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Whipbroker does not charge you for these messages.
5. Opting out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Whipbroker SMS notifications at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. You can also disable SMS notifications in your listing or Wanted-ad settings.
6. Help (HELP)
Reply HELP for help, or email support@whipbroker.com.
7. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support the messaging program (such as our SMS provider) solely to deliver these messages. 9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
