FAQ
Can I roll over unused unlocks?
No — the 20/month cap resets at the start of each billing period. Unused unlocks don't carry over.
Is there a refund if I cancel?
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. You keep Pro access until then. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.
What happens to my waitlist entries if I cancel?
Waitlist entries remain, but auto-unlock will stop firing once Pro is inactive. You'll still get the notification when a listing reactivates and can unlock manually at the standard tier price.
Can I switch between Pro and pay-per-unlock?
Yes. You can subscribe, cancel, and re-subscribe at any time. Non-Pro periods charge per unlock at the tier price; Pro periods include 20 unlocks.
